	What is the loan amount?  Conforming or Jumbo
	What is the Loan to Value?  Combined Loan to Value with subordinate financing?
	How long do you need to lock your loan to cover closing date?
	Are you waiving escrows?
	What is the type of property?  Single Family, Town home, Condo?
	What is the type of ownership?  Owner occupied, Second home, investment?
	What is the loan purpose? Purchase, Refinance, Cash out refinance?
	How many units are in the subject property?
	What is your credit grade?  Approve/Eligible, EA-1, EA-2, EA-3?
	What type of documentation will be provided?  Full documentations, Stated Income, NIV, No Ratio, NINANE?
	What is your FICO (credit) score?
